Shezmu Cellars Winery & Taproom is an urban winery producing local honey-wines (mead) while also pouring 30 taps of craft beer and over 25 wines from North Georgia wine country. Shezmu Cellars believes mead doesn’t have to be a sweet dessert wine and focuses on producing sessionable dry meads served carbonated, nitrogenated, and still. Voted Best Winery in Georgia in 2020 by the Georgia Business Journal, the Kennesaw winery is available as a venue for private events and hosts monthly art exhibits and comedy shows among the occasional themed party.

Shezmu Cellars welcomes Bubbles & Brews! Get your glowing green gear on and drink a pint of Guinness or one of their other 30 taps including beer that glows green in UV light! Be sure to wear something that glows under black light or is UV Fluorescent.

TO KILL A BLACKBERRY
This mead isn't like the rest. First, it's on nitrogen instead of CO2 which gives it a smooth, creamy texture. Then, the nitro-velvety mouthfeel gives way to intense blackberry flavor with hints of vanilla that proves not all meads need to be sweet. Think of this like a sour beer on nitro, but without the gluten. Many blackberries were harmed in the making of this beverage.
